01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the e111 website at e111.vu, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform — including sports betting, slot games, live casino, and bingo — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the e111 platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and e111. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference. Using e111 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active e111 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering for yourself — not on behalf of another person.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended e111 account.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion request currently in effect on e111.

e111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This includes a valid government-issued ID such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Account withdrawals may be placed on hold pending completion of a verification check. This is a standard procedure designed to protect both players and the integrity of the platform.

Only one account per person is permitted. One account per household address, IP address, and payment method is the general rule applied. If duplicate accounts are detected, e111 will close the additional accounts and any bonus funds or winnings associated with those accounts will be voided. The original account may also be reviewed.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your e111 login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share these details with any other person under any circumstances.

e111 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any communication — by email, message, or any other channel — requesting your login details and claiming to be from e111, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not access your e111 account on shared or public devices unless you log out completely afterwards.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact e111 support immediately.
• e111 will not be liable for any losses resulting from you sharing your credentials or failing to secure your account.

e111 reserves the right to suspend an account temporarily if unusual activity is detected — for example, login attempts from multiple locations in a short timeframe or payment activity inconsistent with normal account behaviour. This is done to protect the account holder.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on e111 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as available. The payment methods displayed on your account screen at the time of transaction are those available to you.

Deposits are credited to your e111 PKR balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases — particularly for JazzCash and Easypaisa — this is near-instant. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within a reasonable timeframe, contact e111 support with the transaction reference number provided by your payment app.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal screens within your account.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• There are no withdrawal fees charged by e111. Your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside e111's control.
• Withdrawal requests may require identity verification before processing, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts.
• Funds deposited via a particular method must generally be withdrawn via the same method up to the amount deposited — this is a standard anti-fraud measure.

e111 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if the account is under review, if verification documents have not been provided, or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, e111 will contact the account holder to resolve the situation.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

e111 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made from bonus-derived funds.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, live casino, and bingo games may contribute at different percentage rates — check each promotion's terms for details.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash without completing the stated wagering requirements.
• If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the outstanding bonus amount will be removed from your balance before the withdrawal is processed.
• e111 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

06 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on e111 covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series, and other formats — as well as football, esports, and other sports as available on the platform at any given time. Bets are accepted on pre-match and live (in-play) markets depending on the event and the availability of live odds at that time.

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between viewing and placing — the odds at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm.
• Bets are settled based on the official result of the match or event as confirmed by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this includes the results declared by the PCB or ICC for international fixtures and PSL matches.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, cancelled, or not completed within the timeframe specified for that market, bets will be settled according to the specific rules published for that market type.
• Live betting stakes are final once confirmed. e111 does not accept requests to void in-play bets after they have been placed and confirmed on the bet slip.
• e111 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of manipulation, data error, or where odds were published in error at an obviously incorrect price.

Pakistan Super League betting is a major part of the e111 sports offering. Full coverage of PSL fixtures — team markets, player markets, and live betting — is available throughout the PSL season. Settlement for PSL bets follows the official PSL match result as declared at the end of the match.

07 Casino and Slot Games

The casino section of e111 includes slot games, live casino tables, and bingo. All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. RNG certification means that each spin, hand, or draw is statistically independent — past results do not influence future outcomes.

• Slot games are available for real-money play in PKR. Each game's paytable, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and volatility information are accessible within the game interface.
• Live casino games are hosted by real dealers via live video stream. The rules of each live table game — including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and live game shows — are displayed within the game interface and apply throughout the session.
• Bingo rooms have their own ticket prices, prize structures, and house rules, which are displayed within each bingo room before you purchase tickets.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game session is interrupted due to a platform error or disconnection, the round will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the server.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout. e111 reserves the right to withhold a jackpot payment pending a review of the winning game round.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on e111. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known error are not valid and will not be paid.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the platform.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or using gaming activity to disguise the origin of funds.
• Providing false identity information, using a third party's payment method without their consent, or misrepresenting your age.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent a self-exclusion, a ban, or to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Engaging in any activity that e111 reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the platform.

e111 cooperates fully with any relevant investigation into suspected fraudulent activity on the platform. Accounts under investigation may have withdrawals placed on hold for the duration of the review period.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

e111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if a breach of these terms is suspected or confirmed. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

• If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide information relevant to the review.
• If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting e111 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after standard verification.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, e111 will not accept deposits, bets, or reactivation requests from the excluded account for the duration of the exclusion period.

10 Responsible Gaming

• e111 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• e111's maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident is limited to the real-money balance in the player's account at the time of the incident.
• e111 is not responsible for losses caused by a player's failure to secure their account credentials or by a player's voluntary decision to continue gaming after setting responsible gaming limits.

12 Privacy and Data

e111 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in that policy. Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with verification requirements, and communicate with you about your account and any offers relevant to you.

e111 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors — such as JazzCash and Easypaisa — is limited to what is necessary to process your transactions.

13 Changes to These Terms

e111 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will show a revised "last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the e111 platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
